By creating an account or using TriPet you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

TriPet helps you plan travel with a pet. Reports, country briefings, checklists, answers to your questions and suggested stays or dining places are generated automatically, including by AI models and third-party search services.

• Nothing in TriPet is legal, veterinary or customs advice. Rules for moving animals across borders change often and vary by airline, carrier and border post.
• You are responsible for confirming every requirement — documents, microchipping, vaccinations, treatments, waiting periods and carrier rules — with the official authority of each country you enter or transit, and with your vet.
• Automated content can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Prices, opening hours, reviews and pet policies for hotels and restaurants come from third parties and are not verified by us.

TriPet is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information in it is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of TriPet or your reliance on its content. This includes refused boarding or entry, quarantine, fines, missed travel, veterinary costs, booking costs and any other direct or indirect loss.

• Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not misuse the app: no unlawful use, scraping or automated bulk requests, no attempts to break security or access other people's data, and no overloading the service.
• Content you add — your own rules, notes, links and questions — remains yours. Do not add unlawful content or content you have no right to share.
• Share links you create make that trip report readable by anyone holding the link. Only share them with people you trust.

You can delete individual trips at any time, and delete your whole account from the Account page — this removes your sign-in and all trip content immediately and cannot be undone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk.

We may update these terms as the app develops. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed; continuing to use TriPet means you accept the current version.
